Charlotte is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Lead therapist at Sunshine Learning Centre. Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Trent University in 2018. Over her five years as an instructor therapist, Charlotte has worked with children, teens, and adults with a wide range of needs and disabilities. Charlotte is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology through Yorkville University and plans to offer counseling services to individuals living with disabilities and their families in the future. Charlotte is skilled in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Charlotte's favorite mantra to stand by is: "Be kind!"
